Our Classes

Vinyasa Yoga 🔥🔥

This is a free style form of yoga which continuously flows postures, linking movement with breath. Vinyasa sculpts and tones the body while stretching muscles and flushing toxins. This discipline lends room for playfulness and self expression. Students will be encouraged and challenged to reach new depths and discover new skills. The postures and rhythm will vary each time from more upper body, core or lower body, and sometimes held for 10 seconds or as long as 1 minute. (Heated Class)

BIKVIN 🔥🔥🔥

This is a fusion class combining Bikram and Vinyasa yoga. This class will be sequenced using the traditional Bikram poses as the “sketelon” of class, complimented by a variety of Vinyasa style poses throughout. Allowing for fun and exploration while still maintaining a sense of tradition and familiarity., , Heated class

Hot Flow Zen 🔥

This class provides the perfect blend of a Vinyasa Flow with a Restorative Yin practice. The room is heated approximately 80F for the Vinyasa portion, followed by a cool down during the Yin portion. We start with an energizing flow sequence to strengthen the muscular tissues and bring warmth to the body. The class ends with a grounding Yin sequence that provides deep stretching. This class is the ultimate balance of effort and release and will leave you blissed out and ready to face the world.

Hot Pilates 🔥🔥

Pilates was developed by an acrobat for rehabilitation purposes. Dancers and athletes from all over the world have practiced Pilates to help correct any misalignments in the body and improve their performance. Pilates mat is a full body workout. It strengthens your entire core, lengthens muscles along the arms, legs and spine and aligns and stabilizes your entire torso while helping to correct posture. (Heated Class)

HIIT 🔥🔥

Using Pilates principles of low impact and high intensity, Hot HIIT is a challenging full body workout. It is practiced on a mat in a room heated to 95 degrees, no props or weights needed. Hot HIIT strengthens muscles and burns fat — all without the pounding of a high impact workout. Designed for all fitness levels and practiced with high energy music in a fun environment.

Tips for Success

Our Tips

HYDRATE

Hydrate THROUGHOUT your day, not just in class
Water takes around 40 minutes to digest and absorb into the body. Drinking water at least an hour before class ensures you’ll be well hydrated in class.

Hydrate with water as well as electrolytes (i.e. coconut water, sea salt & lemon). Not only does your sweat contain water, but also sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium. Be sure to replenish!

COMMIT

Commit yourself to stillness. Yes, it sounds so cliché, but finding stillness in yoga class is the secret to reducing stress & anxiety and developing focus & concentration. It also helps to keep you cool when the heat feels overbearing. Try your best not to wipe your sweat or adjust your clothes in class.

HAVE FUN

Have fun and enjoy your class. Yoga is NOT about being flexible and holding the postures for as long as you can. Yoga is about feeling great inside your body and knowing how great your body is supposed to feel. No matter what kind of class you have, know that you’ll always feel better coming out than you did when you went in.
