New Students

Thank you for your interest in our studio! We offers Vinyasa, Bikvin and Hot Flow Zen as yoga styles; and two additional styles HIIT and Pilates.

Congratulations on taking a first step in the direction of magnificent health and vitality. Yoga has transformed millions of lives for centuries: healing stubborn injuries, helping students maintain a healthy weight, alleviating symptoms of depression and anxiety, you name it.

Your first several classes might be a bit uncomfortable, but don’t get scared away! Your body has an immense ability to adapt to any situation and environment. Just give it a couple weeks and you’ll be feeling better. Healthier. Happier.

Within the next month, make it your goal to take class 3-5 times a week. Try the different styles and teachers to see what you resonate with the most. I know you have other fitness commitments, but let those slide, just for one month. This way you will get to really experience the magic of all our classes. I encourage you to talk to us, or any of the Casa D Hot teachers, anytime you have questions or thoughts about your yoga practice. We are here to help. Welcome to the Casa D Hot Yoga family!

  • Please stop by the front desk and check-in with the desk worker, even if you have signed-in online, before you enter the classroom.

  • The best way to reserve your spot in any class is to sign up online or download our web app HERE

  • $5 no show/cancel fee

  • Please choose wisely; all sales are final. No refunds. No exchanges. No extensions. No transfers. No exceptions.

  • For Membership cancellation ($99 Autopay only) you must e-mail at least 5 days prior to your charge date, otherwise the cancellation will take place the following month.

  • 5, 10 and 20 Class packages have a 6 month expiration.

  • Please do not enter the yoga room until the teacher lets you in.

  • Please take your shoes off before entering.

  • Please turn off or silence your phone before entering the yoga room and leave it face down or away during class.

  • Be mindful of others and please keep your conversations to a minimum before/after class.

  • There is a cleaning station on the far side of the studio, please use this to clean your spot after class.

  • If you are doing a double we recommend bringing an extra large towel and an extra pair of clothing.

  • Please don't put any pressure, lean or invert on the mirror.

  • If you must leave class early, please set up your mat close to the door and leave quietly BEFORE savasana. Always advise the teacher that you plan to leave early so that they don’t follow you out of the classroom to make sure you are OK.

  • Always practice with a mat, towel and water bottle. These are available for rent or sale if you forget something.

  • Pick up, clean and neatly put away any props you use.

  • Please give yourself adequate time to arrive to the studio, late entry is not guaranteed.
