Vinyasa Yoga π₯π₯
This is a free style form of yoga which continuously flows postures, linking movement with breath. Vinyasa sculpts and tones the body while stretching muscles and flushing toxins. This discipline lends room for playfulness and self expression. Students will be encouraged and challenged to reach new depths and discover new skills. The postures and rhythm will vary each time from more upper body, core or lower body, and sometimes held for 10 seconds or as long as 1 minute. All teachers have a different style focusing on several aspects of the 8 limbs of yoga including breath-work, asana and meditation.(Heated Class)
BIKVIN π₯π₯π₯
This is a fusion class combining Bikram and Vinyasa yoga. This class will be sequenced using the traditional Bikram poses as the βsketelonβ of class, complimented by a variety of Vinyasa style poses throughout. Allowing for fun and exploration while still maintaining a sense of tradition and familiarity., , Heated classβ

Hot Flow Zen π₯
This class provides the perfect blend of a Vinyasa Flow with a Restorative Yin practice. The room is heated approximately 80F for the Vinyasa portion, followed by a cool down during the Yin portion. We start with an energizing flow sequence to strengthen the muscular tissues and bring warmth to the body. The class ends with a grounding Yin sequence that provides deep stretching. This class is the ultimate balance of effort and release and will leave you blissed out and ready to face the world.

Hot Pilates π₯π₯
Pilates was developed by an acrobat for rehabilitation purposes. Dancers and athletes from all over the world have practiced Pilates to help correct any misalignments in the body and improve their performance. Pilates mat is a full body workout. It strengthens your entire core, lengthens muscles along the arms, legs and spine and aligns and stabilizes your entire torso while helping to correct posture. (Heated Class)
HIIT π₯π₯
Using Pilates prinΒciΒples of low impact and high intensity, Hot HIIT is a challenging full body workΒout. It is practiced on a mat in a room heated to 95 degrees, no props or weights needed. Hot HIIT strengthens muscles and burns fat β all without the pounding of a high impact workout. Designed for all fitΒness levels and practiced with high energy music in a fun environment.

The team is very humble and energetic. You feel the much needed positivity as soon as you walk in the door. All the simple tools you need to enhance your fitness experience. The heated yoga along with great coaching helps me destress from a heavy workday and at the same time elevates my training regimen to another level so that i can be the best athlete i can be.

Awesome yoga studio. Great customer service! And the instructors are knowledgeable and accommodating. As a personal trainer myself I can see this class is fit for different fitness levels as long as you come prepared and hydrated. I highly recommend!
I love Casa D Hot Yoga, the instructors are very experienced and caring. I love how they encourage you, but will instruct you not to hurt yourself and all poses will come with breathing, relaxing and practice. You meet others that are new, so not to feel intimidated and encouraged by those who have been there longer. This is one fantastic healthy, caring, social and weight loss and toning studio and I "Highly" recommend everyone to visit and get to feeling better about your lifestyle; just don't take my spot. LOL
All employees and owner are knowledgeable and helpful. By starting yoga, I actually sleep better, visit the chiropractor less, and monitoring how I breath. I love hot yoga!!!!
Almost 3 years ago I hobbled into this studio looking for stretches to relieve a back issue. Not only did I find relief in a physical sense, the unexpected benefits from practicing yoga translated to more awareness, happiness, and overall peace of mind in my daily life. None of this would have happened if it wasnβt for the passionate teachers and the great people at this studio.
Fantastic experience at this studio. Have tried many of the different classes on offer Bikram, HIIT, Vinyasa & Yin - all led by experienced instructors who offer variations to accommodate everyone. Owner and all instructors are wonderful - patient and helpful while pushing yogis to achieve their personal best. Studio is meticulously cleaned and there is tons of parking.
