Co-owner and Teacher

Laura has dedicated herself to living a healthy live style. She is passionate about building a community where mindfulness, kindness and compassion are at its core value.  Her Acroyoga and Yin background give her a unique teaching style and she believes on setting a strong foundation, focusing on alignment to build strength and flexibility. Her mission is to show students how to develop deeper self awareness in order to find peace within themselves. She encourages students to take their yoga off the mat to restore peace, health, and balance in their life.

Trained In: RYT 500Hr YACEP Hatha yoga, Reiki 1 and 2, Restorative Yoga Training at Om Joyful Yoga & AcroYoga Certified through in Thailand.

Erika is a giver by nature and enjoys guiding others to live their best life by following their heart. Her love of the holistic lifestyle has guided her to work in the chiropractic field for over 25 years. This lead to a certification in yoga, reiki and plant medicine.

Trained in: 200 Hour Hatha Yoga, Reiki 1 and 2 at Om Joyful Yoga.



Yoga teacher, journalist and human being who's life path has been to guide people towards their best version via yoga, meditation, dance and other wellness modalities. I am passionate about empowering each person to live their best life as they continue to learn and grow. I believe we learn better through play and with the support of loving guidance.

Dallas has been teaching HIIT since 2018. She will motivate you throughout the entire class. Her classes are welcoming for all fitness levels. Beginner, intermediate and advanced. She will push you to keep going and you might even find yourself singing along to some of the songs on the playlist. Dallas’ positive energy radiates through the room. There is no doubt you will get a great workout and sweat a ton! It might be tough but it’s worth it and you will feel great after class.

Jessica Cerovic began her fitness career in 2012 when she received her Pilates certification. One year later she added Barre instructor to her resume. In 2017, she received her certification in Holistic Health Coaching and in 2019 she became a 200 hour Yoga Instructor through Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy. Jessica is also a professional dance choreographer and currently an Adjunct Professor of Dance at Lynn University in Boca Raton. She was born and raised in the Washington, D.C. area and began dancing at the age of three. She danced on cruise ships and traveled to over 40 countries in her 20s. She and her husband moved to South Florida in August 2019 with their dog and cat after living in Charleston, S.C. for four years. When she’s not teaching fitness or dance, she loves running with her dog, swimming, cycling, cooking and traveling to Croatia with her husband.

Penny Itzkovits started her yoga journey at The Yoga College of India in Hollywood, Florida in 1997. She became certified in early 1998 and became an E-RYT by the end of 1999. Penny also has a Bachelors of Science in Special Education. She taught high school kids with developmental disabilities for 7 years prior to making the switch to a full time yoga career. In 2005 Penny also earned her E-RYT 500 certification with over 2000 hours of teaching while raising three small children with her husband (of now 25 years).
Penny has taught in many South Florida studios and has met and connected with thousands of yogis throughout her 23 years of teaching. Helping people connect to themselves and each other is Penny’s passion. One of the most valued gifts in her life has been meeting the most amazing people, many that have become lifelong friends.

Penélope began her dynamic, artistic journey early on.
Exploring her personal expression through movement by dancing, performing, drawing, creative writing, she eventually found purposeful meaning through yoga, professional dance, fitness and nutrition.
By pursuing a healthier, mindful lifestyle, she achieved a personal weight loss of 60+ pounds; and inspired to motivate, inspire others as well, becoming a wellness practitioner. She is a professional dancer and has completed her training / certification in Mat Pilates, Virya HIIT, Bikram/ Hot Yoga 200RYT, Reiki Level 1, and currently finishing Vinyasa Yoga 200YT.



Mariana loves offering and creating a space to reconnect with the essential by guiding attention to our outer and inner body. She is passionate about spirituality, growth and connections. She spends her time and energy on herself through art, meditation, nature, music, books as well as on family and friends. Her yoga practice is not only about the Asanas but also about the integration of the mind, body and spirit. She enjoys being present and practicing yoga with the community and sharing her experiences.

Teaching since 2020



An artist at heart, Isabela moved from Brazil to the U.S. in 2002. She began practicing the 26 + 2 Yoga series in 2004 and in 2019 she did the teacher training. She has fallen in love with sharing her love for the practice with others and has been teaching yoga full time. She believes yoga is in full alignment with who she is at heart and is passionate about sharing it!
