An immersive experience where you can step away from your everyday life in order to take the first steps to develop a conscious mindset.  We will guide you through different styles of yoga, meditation, workshops and ceremonies where you will get the opportunity to heal mind, body and spirit. Surrounded by nature, you will get a chance to explore  different aspects of awareness, and develop the ground work to take back into your life. We have carefully designed a schedule that will guide through the balance of body, mind and spirit. 


Take part in daily yoga, meditation and workshops to elevate your practice, as well as sacred ceremonies, proved to deepen your love of self!

Yoga teacher, journalist and human being who's life path has been to guide people towards their best version via yoga, meditation, dance and other wellness modalities. I am passionate about empowering each person to live their best life as they continue to learn and grow. I believe we learn better through play and with the support of loving guidance.

Laura has dedicated herself to living a healthy live style. She is passionate about building a community where mindfulness, kindness and compassion are at its core value.  Her Acroyoga and Yin background give her a unique teaching style and she believes on setting a strong foundation, focusing on alignment to build strength and flexibility. Her mission is to show students how to develop deeper self awareness in order to find peace within themselves. She encourages students to take their yoga off the mat to restore peace, health, and balance in their life.
